I wasn't sure about this pad when it arrived. Ultra thin, how could it be a pad When I stand up I always get a rush of urine. When I got to the bathroom it was completely absorbed. No leaks. I had been using big thick pads. No more. These pads work 100%

These pads are for women with heavy flows. They provide excellent coverage. They are unlike the the regular size that might as well be a panty liner. They are great for days and nights.

Love these pads, so soft and absorbent and perfect size. Switched to these pads postpartum and don’t regret it. Love that it’s organic and comfortable.

I love how these pads are cotton. They don't have any fragrance in them which is a plus. Wearing pads period are uncomfortable, but I transitioned to organic pads for better health reasons.

These are not too thick, and not too thin, which is exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely buy again. Much easier to use than the ones with the wings which I didn’t like.

These work good for me although they could be a bit longer. Absorbs well and doesn’t smell of chemicals like my last brand started doing.

Good for very light*** spotty days. Any more than that, I would recommend getting the next level up. Feels nice against the skin and very thin so doesn't create too much garbage.

It's good Absorbency

As someone who bleeds more on the heavy side, this is completely safe to wear at night, the absorbency is almost like magic. Although the pad is long it does not feel like it’s in the way. You won’t be disappointed with this one, buy it!!

In the past when I bought from Amazon I had issues with them sticking and staying attached to my undies, but this time around I haven't had an issue, so it makes it worth it to me. I love saving money, so This would be the way to go.

These pads are super soft. It's a great ultra thin ...it's more comfortable than Always ultra things. There is no smell or added fragrance. My only issue with these is the adhesive didn't stick well to my underwear. This wasn't good because it leads to using more pads just to try and stick the wings properly to your panties. If this issue was better I'd give a 5.

I used the JilGyungYi Heart Sanitary pads this month & It was very soft & non itchy. They are on the smaller side, not that absorbent, and the material of the pad isn’t super soft. I only wear them while I sleep on my lighter days. Other than that, If I wore them daily id most likely leak

These are pretty much the only pads I use. I know they say overnight, but I use them in the day as well. I like that they're relatively thin, but very absorbent and comfortable. Some pads feel like a diaper. These do not. And no other pad in my opinion feels as dry. It's that absorbent layer that does it. The shipping was quick as well!

Wearing this product in the reverse direction gives better coverage where I need it

This is a very good quality product but price is too high.

First time use this kind of pads, I was using the regular always one. But my friend told me this one is better. Then I bought it! She’s so right! These pads are super absorbent and thinner than the old one I was used! And good for some heavy night. Leave NO mess after you woke up! Only thing I don’t like is the scented. It lasts way too long. I still can smell it after one night. But still love it!

I think I've tried most options out there in terms of menstruation products and I keep coming back to Always mostly because of safety and security. While Always are my go-to brand, I do hate some of the recent changes that have been cropping up with the sanitary towels. My cycle is long and heavy. Typically lasting around seven days, I find days two and four are the worst and I flood quite easily. While flooding I have in the past with shorter length towels leaked either at the sides or if I am lying on my back when sleeping it leaks backwards to my bottom area and out of my underwear leaving that dreaded red puddle on the bed. My resolve for this has been to wear two of these towels - one from the front of my underwear and the second overlapping but lying closer to the back end of my underwear. This has stopped any leakage and discomfort.

metimer is a good product that's y we order inspite its high priced. The packet I received looked faded ,too old packet it seemed. A big horizontal line of cut was there on the pack.It really didn't look like fresh packet that was couriered.

i didn't know you could get period supplies from metime and i had my doubts about how good they would be. I've had poor quality products from mart. I was pleasantly suppressed in the quality of metime pads! great buy would highly recommend! my flow is not heavy so I'm not sure of absorbency but it worked for me!

For me it is the most comfortable of any I have tried. Do to a back injury and surgery I have to wear them 24 hours a day. So something that works and is comfortable is very important in my life. I would recommend to any lady who needs constant control.

I ordered these by error and am not impressed with how bulky they are. They do have good protection against sudden bladder leakage, but do not leave me confident that they do not disturb how my slacks sit on my body. If you are looking for good protection, these do the job adaquately.

This product must be made for teens or pre-teens, not adult women. Granted the pad DOES adhere to your underwear but very soon bunches up. For normal coverage I had to change the pad at least 3 times in one day, As far as absorbency, I believe I could have pasted a few sheets of toilet paper together and received the same value.

This pad is the perfect fit and size, but the end of it tends to fold making it uncomfortable due to the fact that there's nit enough adhesive on that part. The price us excellent.

The adhesive holds, but does not leave a residue on my lingerie that discolors and stains. I use the discarded wrapper for disposal of the product.AS I have aged, my body is no longer trustworthy. This product protects me from displaying my diminishing body control. Because the product is not big and bulky, I can wear my own lingerie. Arms against the tide of diminishing physical capacity, but I feel better.

If you still haven't moved on to better alternatives like menstrual cups, this is the best option. I can't imagine a better pad with respect to absorbing capacity and coverage. Good for heavy flow. Smells good. Comes with covers which you can wrap the used pad up with. Best.

It is thinner than conventional sanitary napkins, but it catches menstrual blood well and feels less stuffy when worn? The overall length is long, so it seems safe even when there is a lot of quantity. ❤️ The biggest advantage is that it is packaged in small quantities and is convenient to carry.

Used it for the first time and I became fan of these pads. It is good during heavy flow days and for night too. I've used many expensive brands but nothing worked for me except giving me painful rashes these pads are soft and friendly on my skin. Love them. but, Delivery was a little late..

I have always bought Jilgyungyi Heart Sanitary Pad. but this time the quality was so bad that they would easily tear off, before this time I never had such issue plus the package was tampered as if someone had already opened it , please look in to this issue you'll are delivering sanitary products atleast maintain some level of quality in the packaging and product! This is very disappointing.

I had always dreamt of having pads that cover everything so that i can sleep better. I have the worst cramps and heavy flow. You want the most comfort during these days because you are trying to fight the cramps as well as the flow. I saw the ad for this on instagram. I told my mom about it and prayed that i find them in India. I bought a six pack immediately and tried it. I can finally just worry about the cramps n not think about sitting or laying in a certain position. I haven't looked back since. I use these for the first two days and then normal pads for the rest.

For me, getting a good night’s rest is very important. But it was difficult to sleep without any worries during my periods. I got this product recommendation from a colleague and oh boy, it did work! This is the best thing that happened to periods. Abdorbs really well, but, won't give that uncomfortable sticky feeling. Hasn't caused itchiness or rashes. It's also comfortable and snug, so, it won't slide down your from your hip. Not heavy or bulky like diaper. Doesn't show even through yoga pants. I was using xl size pads before, but, this is a game changer. You can completely rely on this during travels. Ladies, set your doubts aside and just go for this.
